Reach out to us, and we’ll recommend sending in your device so we can inspect it physically. This is because we need to check the serial numbers located behind the screen.
Once we receive your device, we’ll assess it, retrieve the necessary serial numbers, and submit a pricing request to our service partner (SP). We typically receive the pricing within 24 hours.
We’ll send you a detailed report, a quote for the repair, and an estimated time of completion (ETA). Once you review and approve the quote, we’ll proceed with the repair.
After your approval, we’ll order the required parts. Please note that laptop parts can take between 3 to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on availability.
Once the parts arrive, we’ll repair your device (if it’s still in our possession), thoroughly test it, and perform quality checks to ensure everything works perfectly.
We’ll send you the invoice for the repair. Once we receive your proof of payment (POP), we’ll prepare your device for dispatch.
After payment is confirmed, we’ll ship your repaired device back to you.
