We are a small team of iPhone fanatics that have many years of experience in iPhone repairs and iPad repairs.

We have been repairing iPhones since we began importing iPhones from the USA in 2007, before they were widely available in South Africa.

Platinum Repairs is run with a tech / Web 2.0 “startup” mentality (think Evernote, DropBox, etc) which results in efficient systems and unbeatable service, the constant pursuit of customer satisfaction and striving to have fun doing what we do best.

We offer an unmatched on-site iPhone repair and iPad repair service in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Typically, we can repair an iPhone or iPad within 12 working hours of a customer contact us. Often, we are able to help our customers on the same day they call us.

You don’t have to stand in queues, sit around idly while your iPhone or iPad is repaired or drive around and waste your time. We come to you – you don’t even have to leave your home or office. Just give us a desk to sit at and we’ll get to our work, restoring your iPhone to perfect condition.

If you are not in Johannesburg or Pretoria, we will cover the costs of having your iPad or iPhone couriered to us and courier back to you once repaired.
